Born in Akashi City,HYOGO Prefecture, Japan.
Starts playing the guitar at the age of eleven
and studies under Mr. Hiroshi Samoto and Mr. Toshiaki Kondo.

Wins the first prize in the 2nd Japan Guitar Competition (Osaka).

Goes to France. Enrolls in the Guitar Course of Paris Conservatory and studies
under Mr. A. Lagoya.

Graduates from Paris Conservatory with top honors (Premier Prix).
Wins the first prize in the Paris U.F.A.M. International Music Competition.
Wins the first prize in the 6th Segovia International Guitar Competition (Spain).

Gains the first rank in the 6th Gargnano International Guitar Competition (Italy).

| 1982 |
Gives a recital as a representative Japanese guitarist during the "Japan Week"joint-hosted by the governments of both Spain and Japan.

Appeared as a guest in the UNESCO 40th Anniversary, a France TV program.

Performs in the "FM Recital" hosted by NHK. Holds debut recitalsat the Vario Hall in Tokyo and at the Aqua Culture Hall in Osaka.

Receives the Art Festival Award in the Music Category of the 48th Art Festival hosted by Japanese Cultural Affairs Agency.

Releases three CD albums titled "Sonatina", "Fantasia", and "Reverie". Each ofthem is highly admired by various magazines, receiving the special praise as the special praise of the Record Art, for example.

Awarded the 1995 Hyogo Prefecture Art Encouragement Prize by HyogoPrefecture.
Also in the same year, the name "Inagaki" was given to a newfound comet byMr.Tsutomu Seki, widely known as a discoverer of the Comet Ikeya-Seki, andbecame the second guitarist following Segovia to have his name on a comet.

Invited as a representative Japanese guitarist to and performs in the 5th International Guitar Festival in Vendome, France, winning high praise for the performance.

Recently, along with solo stuff, he is expanding his activities to the field of chamber music,
and has given concerts and lecture classes in countries as France, Spain, Italy, Switzerland,
South Korea, and Japan. He is also appears on TV and radio, performing wide range of activities.
